Founder & CEO

Hey, I'm Ross


I started Ross Davies Fitness in January 2024 after undergoing my own 28kg weight loss in only 7 months.

I achieved this whilst working 50-60 hours a week, on a rotating shift basis, as a front line police officer!

My experience made me realise that I could help other shift workers to realise that working shifts doesn’t have to be a death sentence and that being fit, strong and healthy absolutely can be achieved as a shift worker!


In addition, I am passionate about staying up to date with the latest science around training, nutrition and mindset. I am really driven to pass on this knowledge to our clients on the Shift Worker Shred!

Fanatical about fitness, nutrition and the process of making habit changes to improve your self motivation. I produce informative and motivational posts on Instagram and my podcast. 


As an ex front line Police Officer I am familiar with the unique demands experienced by the the shift working community and I am keen that others can learn from his fitness journey.

Mark

Mark has been coaching since 2006 and has coached thousands of clients on their way to world class results!

Mark has an astounding amount of knowledge when it comes to human physiology and has a number of high level qualifications, allowing him to be an injury rehabilitation and corrective exercise specialist!

Mark has been able to identify dozens of pre-existing injuries with our new clients over the phone, saving a lot of time and money on physios as well as allowing them to train pain free during their time with us!

The feedback Mark has had from our clients on the Shift Worker Shred has been genuinely incredible!

Doctor Ellie


With 15 years shift work experience, there isn’t much Dr. Ellie doesn’t know about maintaining a fitness regime around shift work, as shown by her deadlifting 140kg whilst weighing 63kg whilst completing her post doctoral studies at Cambridge University!

On top of this she is an ultra-empath with a lot of knowledge around mental health, making her an incredible coach for any shift worker!

Dr. Ellie's ability to connect at a deep level with our clients has allowed her to make genuinely life changing progress with a huge number of our clients on the Shift Worker Shred!
